• To assist the Property Management Team to implement the day-to-day management functions of the office, shopping mall & car park
• Provide immediate support in emergency incidents, inquiries and complaints from different parties
• To supervise operational staff to deliver quality services to meet customers’ expectations
• Handle administrative works and oversee property maintenance, cleaning, clubhouse, and security services.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Form 5 / HKDSE or above
• 1-3 years’ working experience in Building Inspector or Property Services 
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Mature, patient and self-motivated; good communication skill in collaboration with different people
