My client will have new projects coming up soon. They are now looking for senior QS manager to join their growing business.
We are seeking for a SENIOR QS MANAGER-DEVELOPER (HK PROJECTS)

Responsibilities

• Preparation of budget & value engineering proposal; appointment of consultant team
• Cost management, cashflow monitoring & contract administration during project cycle.
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties to facilitate smooth progress of project for achievement of development objectives.
• Collaborate with consultants to achieve development objectives, with particular emphasis on cost effectiveness and contractual and QS matters

Requirements

• Degree in quantity surveying or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years solid QS experiences
• Client-side experiences will be an advantage
• Professional qualifications in MHKIS or MRICS
