Senior Facility Engineer /Assistant  Facility Manger (Data Center/ Banking Client) 

Our Client is one of a well-known Data Center development company. They are looking for an assistant facility Manager focusing in one of the data center operation in TKO.

Responsibilities: 

• Supervise and assign work orders to the technical team to carry out routine repair and maintenance work
• Provide technical guidance for E&M improvement works
• Schedule and implement planned maintenance works as assigned
• Monitor the progress of all contracted-out projects and tenants’ fit-out works
• Prepare approval form to top management for the procurement of any goods/services
• Assist in testing and commissioning of tenants’ fit-out works and handover of premises to new tenants
• Ensure compliance of the relevant quality and safety standard / procedures and other statutory requirements

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Building Services, Electrical & Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines is preferred 
• Ample and relevant working experience, familiar with electrical and/or mechanical maintenance. Experience in Data Centre design and construction is a must
• UPS, Gensets, chiller plant, LV switchboards and CRACs 's experience will be great
• Holder of Electrical Worker License Grade A or Above
