Responsibilities:

1. Follow up on design project from idea generation to production.
2. Translate design directions and concepts from technical drawings, sourcing, to fitting and sampling.
3. Research in the latest fashion trends and development in the use of materials, trims, colors, through theme boards and the sourcing of such items in each season.
4. Research and execution on seasonal graphic concepts
5. Follow up on styles and selected fabrics each season in collaboration with Product Development Team
6. Work closely with Fashion Design team in graphics execution to ensure a smooth work flow
7. Work closely with Technical team for the executing of garment fittings

Requirements:

1. Degree or Diploma holder in Fashion Design / Textile & Clothing or related disciplines.
2. At least 5 years or above solid experience in fashion design field, especially in lingerie, home wear and menswear design
3. With strong sense of fashion trend and new materials development
4. Experience in fashion graphic design is a MUST
5. Full Macintosh skill, proficient in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop etc.
6. Have technical knowledge about Lingerie construction, assembly, workmanship
7. Diligent and up-to-date with latest fashion trends
8. Good interpersonal skills, independent and self-motivated
9. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.  Putonghua is a plus
10. Occasional travel to China is required
