We are One Plus Partnership Limited, an International award-winning interior design firm. We have designed a variety of commercial projects in Hong Kong, China and across the globe. Projects include opera house, cinemas, restaurants, retail stores, clubhouses, sales offices and public spaces.

We are now recruiting experienced and energetic candidates to join our team to cope with our rapid expansion in both mainland China and Hong Kong.

Senior Interior Designer:

• To lead and coordinate project team members for the assigned project to ensure project effectiveness and completion

Senior Interior Designer and Interior Designer:

• Able to handle full set of tender drawings, working drawings and specifications independently, site management and coordination with clients, contractors / sub-contractor.
• Handle design drawings, design documentation & presentation work including concept design and development, construction drawing, materials sourcing and selection individually.
• Responsible, creative, independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure, tight schedule and meet deadlines
• Willing to work under pressure, overtime and able to work independently
• Coordinate with the design team to ensure cohesiveness of design documents are align with the site condition and requirements of the clients
• Complete routine and special tasks as assigned by superiors
• On-site coordination with consultants, contractors, and vendors during construction.

Requirement:

• Degree/ Higher diploma/ Diploma /  High certificate holder in Interior Design
• Min. 5 years’ experience in interior design field especially in commercial projects for the post of Senior Interior Designer
• Min. 2 years’ experience in interior design field for the post of Interior Designer
• Min. 1 year experience in interior design field for the post of Assistant Interior Designer
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office (Sketchup will be an advantage)
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Familiar with Chinese word processing
• Travel to PRC is required
• Immediate available is preferred
