We are currently hiring a passionate Brand Designer with a global outlook to join our dynamic, supportive, creative team to lead and contribute to strategic brand assets in an energetic environment.

Job responsibilities

• Develop both creative and strategic brand assets including ideas that demonstrate insight and innovation, solutions that engage audiences, and brand expressions in words or images
• Provide insights on brand & visual trends within the industry and the broader trends across the broader consumer landscape
• Define and create a visual language as an extension of the brand (illustrations, icons, colors, typography, animations, etc.)
• Able to collaborate and guide the team on design thinking, brand experience, and design-driven storytelling
• Collaborate with Content Marketing, and others, to establish a clear and concise brand voice, tone, and personality.
• Continually iterate on concepts in an effort to make the brand relevant and relatable to our audience

Requirements

• A strong portfolio that demonstrates understanding of design systems and guidelines
• Effectively communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good foundation for design principles and an keen eye for design details 
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Figma and sketch
• Any additional experience in 3D software/or motion graphics/or merchandise production is a plus
• Excellent written communication and proof reading skills
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Background in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
