Remedios Studio is looking for a Technical / Design Manager to join our studio in Hong Kong due to our strategic growth. We believe talent is our biggest asset and our strength.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Project Manager and lead the design team
• Experienced in preparing technical details and working/construction drawings
• Ensure continuity and consistency of design deliverables
• Maintain design schedules and manage team priorities
• Correspond and coordinate with clients and consultants
• Review and check all work for design, accuracy and completeness

• Degree or above in Architecture or Interior Design
• 5+ years high-end architecture and/or interior design experience in hospitality, residential or other high-end type projects
• Strong passion for design and desire for growth
• Experience in full project cycles from concept design to documentation and construction
• Able to work independently and work well under pressure
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of materials, details, construction methods, and standards
• Strong sense of ownership
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, Sketchup, 3Ds Max and PowerPoint
• Good command of written and spoken in English and Mandarin
