Responsibility: 

• Act as a key member to work closely with Sales Team to initiate design concept, planning and design development
• Liaise with client from conceptual design to construction drawings and materials
• Create conceptual design and space planning in residential
• Develop the concept into operational plan
• Manage full set of presentation and tender documentations
• Manage interior design work through the project progress
• Responsible for new site supervision

Requirement: 

• Diploma or above in Interior Design
• Minimum 5 years Solid Experiences in Interior Design
• Able to handle full set of Space Design including 3D Rendering, Elevation Drawings, Furniture Drawings and Space planning, etc.
• Passion for design, creative, enthusiastic with a strong sense for continuously improvement and exploring new ideas
• Independent, well organized and detail-minded 
• Good Management Skills
• Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD and V-Ray
