Job Description 

• Create and execute the design concept for Commercial/Workplace/Mixed-use projects
• Co-ordinate with project team in terms of execution of the projects.
• Handle full set of drawings including concept design
• Able to design and renders into space environment
• Assist in the presentation of proposals, tender document
• Less working experience will consider as Assistant Interior Designer
• Coordinate & liaise with clients, contractors, vendors & project team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree from an accredited school of design or equivalent
• Fluent in English, and Putonghua is an advantage
• Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and other 3D computer design program
• At least 2 years relevant working experience preferably in Commercial Projects particularly in workplace interiors.
• Strong experience in space planning/conceptual design/sketching/technical coordination and drawing production
