We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team. You will be working on a range of Hong Kong-based architectural commissions, with exposure to diversified project types.

Qualifications:

• Degree / Master holder in Architecture from accredited institutes
• Minimum 5 years of relevant local experience, in design and project execution of private residential / residential / hospitality / institutional / commercial projects

Responsibilities / Skills:

• Ready to participate in the boutique, multi-disciplinary, holistic design culture at via.
• Capable of handling projects independently from the design stage to project completion, coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely and quality project execution
• Capable of leading a team
• Fluent in verbal and written English and Cantonese
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, Sketchup, Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint

Character:

• Self-motivated and a good team player
• Punctual, organized and disciplined
• Communicates and collaborates well with people, inside and outside of the Studio, from clients, consultants to craftspeople
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Creative and passionate towards all realms of design

Candidates with less experience would be considered for the Architect position.
