Requirements:

• At least 3 years working experience in interior design industry.
• Solid experience in large scale office / commercial projects.
• Diploma or above in Interior Design or any other equivalent.
• Specializing in office/commercial design projects.
• Good understanding of Consumer behavior.
• Strong creative background and a good eye for detail.
• Able to develop strategic and conceptual ideas for innovative office / commercial solutions.
• Software Requirement: Proficient in AutoCAD / Photoshop / Sketch Up / Enscape.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Good hand sketch ability is a plus.
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Chinese & Mandarin.
• Responsible, independent, creative, willing to work overtime
• Strong problem solving and analytical ability.
• Able to work under pressure to meet tight schedule & good time management.
• Immediately available is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Strengthen the current design team.
• Create, organize and maintain design library and drafting standards.
• Prepare full set presentation, including design concept, space planning & selection of materials.
• Prepare design drawings, construction drawings.
• Liaise & coordinate with clients and sub-contractors.
• Work closely with project managers and client regarding budgets and schedules
• Less experience will be considered as assistant interior designer.
