Job Description
We are looking for self-motivated individuals to join our team of multi-disciplinary designers working on a variety of high-end interior design projects in Hong Kong, Macau and the Mainland.
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Higher Certificate in Interior design or Building/Project Managment or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years of accumulated site experience in residential and/or commercial development construction
Responsibilities / Skills:
- Assisting Project Manager to supervising and monitoring the construction work site to ensure timely completion of projects with high quality standard
- Preparation of site reports and documents for various on-going projects
- Good knowledge in building construction and contract administration flow
- Fluent in verbal and written English and Cantonese. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD and Programme
Character:
- Self-motivated and a good team player
- Punctual, organized and disciplined
- Communicates and collaborates well with people, inside and outside of Studio, from clients, consultants to craftspeople
- Creative, with a sense of functionality and practicality
