Our client is an International luxury brand with an unique job opportunity to be based in Hong Kong.  A need has arisen to hire a Creative Designer to join the Global Team.  As a key player of Global Visual Merchandising team in corporate who will lead a seasonal visual set up, this person needs to have a good understanding about the retail space design creativity and time schedule to align with retail activities calendar.

Key Responsibilities:

SHOW WINDOW

• Create Seasonal window design proposal; 3 times in a year, 1 or 2 times for special collaboration working closely with design vendors or dwg development in-house.
• Mockup and sample development and distribute to regions to let them follow the design creativity with technical dwg release to the team
• Work closely with regional VM team to guide them for roll-out and installation
• Customer experience: GVM work with technology vendor to develop light customer experience such as AR thru QR code scan. Concept is usually aligned to the seasonal window creativity

VM TOOLS

• Manage global vm tools sourcing – communicating with vendors and monitoring the stock level and global supply for new openings as well as developing new visual tools and props when it is necessary
• Mock up new tools : cost and quality control

POP UP STORE DESIGN

• Create pop up store design; layout creation, rendering under the recent creative direction
• Create seasonal pop-in space design, layout creation, rendering based upon seasonal campaign mood to align with show window creativity, campaign visual and mkt strategies.

MISCELLANEOUS 

• POP Signage control: work closely with Brand creative team to develop seasonal signage and distribute to regional VM
• Global VM BDG control: GVM has BDG for show window design out-sourcing, mock up, vm tools sourcing etc. Responsible to update the actual expense and create BDG with communication with finance.

Requirement

• At least 7~8 yrs in design field. Working as an in-house designer for fashion, cosmetics, eyewear brands or MKT agencies or creative design consultancy firm will be more welcomed.
• Good English proficiency in business level
• High proficiency in CAD, sketch up, Blender 3D, Adobe is must
• Good interpersonal communication skill: This job requires frequent communication with regional office
• Bachelor’s degree in design field  
• Time management is important
