Responsibilities

• End-to-end creative development of graphic and digital design;
• Generate new ideas from ideation to execution through understanding client’s needs and target market with the aim of getting brand messages across, with a powerful creative approach;
• Have a strategic approach while also being highly executional and hands-on;
• Have the ability to give attention to detail while also maintaining the ability to see the bigger picture;
• Strong conceptual and aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts;
• Knowledge of how to optimize a creative campaign for both online and offline channels;
• Clearly articulate ideas/strategy, and happily accept feedback;
• Collaborate with art directors, branding experts, front-end developers, marketing, content and other professionals to create different media assets;
• Articulate and pitch design concepts to clients, art directors and other stakeholders;
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic and digital design field
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
• Passion and strong knack for generating research-based designs
• Proficient knowledge of modern and innovative best practices in packaging, printing, digital marketing, social media design concepts and solutions
• Confident understanding of strategic thinking and brand communication
• Awesome communication and presentation skills
• Excellent time management and project management skills
