Job Description
Here is an aesthetic design company, they are specializing in residential building/ show flat design projects in Hong Kong. To expand their team, they are looking for an interior designer to join them.
Responsibility:
-Handle full sets of conceptual design to construction administration
-Coordinate with both internal & external parties such as project team/ contractor/ consultant
-Supervise work at the design stage and on site
-Manage full sets of presentation and tender documentations
-Work well under pressure and tight schedule
Requirements:
-Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or above
-Min 6 years of relevant project experience in residential building/ show flat design
-Require skills in concept presentation, computer software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
-Presentable and professional to meet with international developers and clients
-Execute general concepts, details, sections & hand sketches as required for multiple projects
