Our client is a creative design company with specialism among hospitality/ luxury hotel  interior design & architectural design industry. They have a large-size office in Hong Kong.

As increase of upcoming new projects, they are searching for creative interior designers with rich experience in hotel projects. 

 RESPONSIBILITIES： 

• Generate conceptual design, schematic design, layouts and material selection
• Coordinate between suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders both onsite and offsite to develop detailed design solutions
• Prepare full set of detail drawings focusing mainly on 2D CAD drafting
• 3D modeling and rendering support from the team is available
• Work closely with design & project directors, clients
• Manage full sets of presentation and tender documentations

What you need: 

• Degree / Diploma Holder in interior design
• Min 4 years relevant projects experience in Hospitality/ luxury hotel projects
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, are also highly desirable
• Must be able to work independently, have a strong work ethic and sense of responsibility
• Able to handle full set design drawings and specifications.
• Must be able to demonstrate artistic ability, interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and attention to detail
• Proficient in spoken English and Mandarin
