Our client is a creative design company with international background and specialism in the hospitality/ residential development interior design industry. They have a large-size office in Hong Kong. They are currently searching for a resident interior designer with rich experience in handling a coming residential development project based on-site in Hong Kong. 

Job Description:

• Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion
• Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
• Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
• Review the work progress on the daily basis
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma Holder in interior design
• Min 7 years relevant projects experience in Hospitality/ Show flat/ Clubhouse/ residential development projects (at least 3-year experience in a construction environment or project-based work site)
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
•  Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
•  Understanding of all facets of the construction process
•  Competent in conflict and crisis management
•  Leadership and human resources management skills
•  Excellent time and project management skills
