Our client is an award-winning interior design firm with an outstanding commercial portfolio. They are currently recruiting Interior Designers for their team due to upcoming projects.

RESPONSIBILITY:
-Generate conceptual design, schematic design, layouts and material selection
-Coordinate between suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders both onsite and offsite to develop detailed design solutions
-Prepare a full set of detailed drawings focusing
-Manage full sets of presentation and tender documentations
-Coordinate with internal design support members/ project managers

REQUIREMENT:
-Degree / Diploma Holder in interior design
-Min 5 years of relevant projects experience in Mixed-use/Shopping mall/ Office building projects
-Proficiency in common design software
-Must be able to work independently, have a strong work ethic and sense of responsibility
-Able to handle full set design drawings and specifications
-Must be able to demonstrate artistic ability, interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and attention to detail
-Proficient in spoken English and Chinese
