Drive consumers and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities
Drive market research to identify colour and material trends
Organize and communicate the design concept using mood boards
Should have a good understanding of how products are manufactured and assembled
Understanding technical specifications for product development
Responsible for the product design including market research, trend analysis, design drawing, prototype development, material sourcing
Oversee the full product cycle from concept to design, product development, production and market launch
To excavate the advantages or selling points from the product
Work closely with production team to comment on prototypes and track development progress

Requirements:

Diploma or above in product design related discipline
At least 3 years working experience in product and packaging design, experience in Massage industry is advantage
Possess knowledge on design trends, brand identity, target customer and competitive landscape
Strong understanding of the importance of commercial value of designs
Good understanding on materials and manufacturing processing
Creative, attentive and detail minded
Handle ad-hoc assignments from management
