About the Role

• Lead, plan and execute the design functions for men’s apparel, fabrics, and accessories etc.
• Work closely with product & marketing teams to promote brand’s tone, value, vision, and to drive customer satisfaction & business growth
• Have forward-looking vision, creative, energetic, and strong fashion sense to work with a growing brand

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the complete design process for all men’s apparels, fabrics, trims, and accessories etc., from conceptualization through final styling
• Responsible for product design process including market research, conceptual presentations, design and guidance through fabric, print, specification, and fit processes
• Plan and manage new seasonal collection from sketching, technical drawing, coloring, positioning, trim design, print & pattern graphic illustration, artwork, fitting to sample development stage
• Research and analyze market trends and commercial needs by keeping a consistent brand image, tone, and positioning, to drive brand awareness and customer attraction
• Provide direction and identify new trends in fashion industry/market segments, and make recommendations regarding seasonal themes, edits to line, new concepts etc.
• Support in sourcing, selection, and purchase of fabric for production and color matching for seasonal collection
• Work closely with merchandisers/factories/suppliers to oversee & manage the product size, fitting, fabrics/materials, quality control and production/shipping timeline, to ensure the smooth & timely execution of product
• Work closely with product team in graphics design executions to ensure a smooth workflow
• Work closely with marketing team to plan and execute photo-shooting process, including the apparel/accessories/model selection and style-fitting
• Actively participating in creative projects with other teams to contribute to the process of creative idea generation, planning and project execution 

• University Degree or IVE (or equivalent) Diploma holder in Fashion Design, Textile, Clothing Design, or related disciplines
• With at least 3 years' design experience for fashion brands
• Experience in upcycling and kids’ apparel will definitely be a plus
• Proactive, creative with technical experience, plus excellent sense of fashion / market trends, materials, color, shapes, etc.
• Proficient in fashion graphic applications and techniques, including Photoshop and Illustrator
• Good time management and leadership, able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight schedules
• Team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
