This role is located and based in Hong Kong. Candidates must be eligible to work in Hong Kong.

- Direct the overall creative process from concept to completion;
- Lead cross-functional creative teams to elevate the creative concept, design, and execution of various formats of contents;
- Ensure visuals, messaging, and interactive elements of a project are properly aligned with the client's needs in a timely manner;
- Provide excellent art direction and mentorship to Designers;
- Able to present design concepts, rationales and deliverables to both internal and external clients;
- Provide coaching and guidance to develop skills and competencies within the creative teams
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as Art Director, with a minimum of 2+ years spent within creative agencies or equivalent.
- Ability to work with videographer and photographer on execution.
- Expertise across the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Know how to develop visual direction and concept for advertising campaign.
- A strong sense of design aesthetics, artistic talent and creativity.
- Good communication skills and superb organisation and time management skills.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
