My client is a fast growing Interior Design company. Due to expansion, they are now looking for an Interior Designer to join their team of 7. They aim to provide high-quality architectural design, sustainable environmental development and advanced technology, and provide a full range of consulting, design, engineering and projects for all major industrial and commercial organizations. 

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for spatial planning, design concepts and design drawings
• Responsible for design drawings (including Full set CAD/3D shop drawings and design rendering drawings)
• Assist in handling internal office affairs, daily administration, external liaison, coordination between customers and the company, and paperwork;
• Collaborate with the internal design and construction team and liaise with various external parties including clients and cooperating partners and contractors
• Monitor and follow up the progress of the assigned project;
• Working outside from the office if necessary；
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement: 

• Tertiary education with degree preferably in Architecture/Interior Design/Landscape Design/ Engineering or related discipline
• Design or engineering related education and 2-5 year related work experience is preferred
• Fluent Cantonese, good English and Mandarin preferred
• Good Chinese and English reading and writing skills, good organization and communication skills
• Proficient in computer operation (eg Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and Chinese and English input
• Proficient in Photoshop/AI/AutoCAD/SketchUp/3D Max/Enscape
• Possess practical knowledge of the entire process from concept design stage to construction stage
• Diligent and possess strong sense of responsibility, manage to complete assigned task under pressure in timely manner
• Attention to the details, manage to process repetitive and sophisicated work
