Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily operation of the E-Commerce stores including company official website & app and third party platforms such as HKTVmall & ESSE;
• Monitor the performance of all E-Commerce activates to ensure smooth operation;
• Update E-Commerce store content such as product listings, pricing, stock levels, visual images;
• Develop and execute marketing and sales promotion plan;
• Create digital marketing materials such as ad banners, EDM for the use on E-Commerce platforms and social media platforms;
• Manage company official website’s architecture;
• Manage and respond to customer inquiries, feedback and complaints;
• Ad-hoc assignment as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, E-Commerce or related disciplines;
• Minimum of 2 years working experience;
• Good knowledge of E-Commerce, social media platforms, online marketing, social media marketing and online advertising;
• Experience in retail/ wholesale business in apparel/ footwear industry is an advantage;
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator etc. is a plus;
• Independent, mature, self-motivated and responsible;
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese;
• Basic graphic design skill is required;
• Immediately available preferably.
