You will be part of both the Sales Team and the Operations Team, handling sales and after sales activities as well as fulfillment and operation management. Our sales consultants love meeting people, can handle complex operational processes, and have a fun sense of humor. Retail and E-commerce Sales

• Act as the voice of Hush on the front lines (online and in-person), delivering a best-in-class 1-on-1 experience to customers 
• Drive offline retail and online e-commerce sales through building personal relationships with each customer
• Think creatively about how Hush Home can optimize each customer’s personal experience with our brand 

• Act as a focal contact point for customer enquiries, ordering, shipment arrangement and complaint handling
• Deliver amazing customer service over the phone, email, text, and live chat
• Manage the “Friends of Hush” Program, an aftersales program to build long-lasting positive relationships

• Responsible for fulfillment and manage daily communication and coordination with the fulfillment and logistics teams on all order fulfillment
• Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations to ensure all sales and fulfilment activities proceed smoothly

• Experience in sales, customer service or e-commerce operation, preferably at a consumer-centric lifestyle brand
• Degree in related discipline
• Love chatting and messaging with different types of people, with a sense of humor
• Energetic, filled with empathy and compassion
• Organized and detail-minded in a fast-paced environment
• Good problem-solver: not afraid of solving problems for customers, also sensitive to problems that might appear to be minor
• Weekend availability 
• Fluent in English and Cantonese
