Job Description

Job Responsibility:

Manage daily operation for e-Commerce website and other online platforms ;
Responsible for content update, inventory, packing & logistic and sales reporting ;
Assist in ENG & CHI Copywriting, editing, proofreading on digital and social media content promotion ;
Working closely with marketing teams on product promotion channel, including campaign and ad ideas ;
Work closely with internal team including marketing and sales team to roll out marketing programs and enhance the performance in both e-Commerce and Brick and Mortar store business ;
Assist in buying team operation, e.g. product analysis, creating PO, etc ;
Perform any adhoc tasks as assigned ;

Job Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above ;
Excellent command of both written & spoken English & Chinese ;
At least 1 year working experience in e-Commerce platform, including online shops or e-Commerce marketplace ;
Experience with e-Commerce store operation and familiarity with back-end tools ;
Familiar with MS Office, POS system and knowledge on Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop will be an advantage ;
Strong interpersonal & communication skills ;
Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks ;
Willing to learn with passion on pet industry!
