Job Description

As our business scope expands, we endeavour to find like-minded and talented individuals to join our cause. Currently, we are looking for an innovative, analytical, and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to join us on this exciting journey of business growth and evolution. As an E-Commerce Specialist at MaskOn, you will oversee and manage the full spectrum of online activity and be tasked with analyzing both internal and external trends, strategizing from derived insights, and also driving growth for our online initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for people passionate about FMCG, specifically in the intersection between retail, fashion, and contemporary design. This position is ideal for self-motivated individuals who want to see their work make a clear impact from day one, contributing within a fast-paced, dynamic, and hands-on environment. The E-commerce Specialist will be working closely with the Marketing, Product Design, BD, and Strategy teams to guarantee user satisfaction, engagement, and conversion.

Role & Responsibilities:

Customer Business Analytics
- Be the customer and business expert, know MaskOn’s users, their online and offline behavior and patterns, as well as their needs and preferences
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis in order to reach and expand the business online through informed, data-driven decisions
- Regularly track the performance of company initiatives and the overall health of the online business

Strategy and Planning
- Ensure our website and related platforms are efficient and appealing to our potential users, implementing changes and optimizing where necessary
- Work closely with the product and BD team to prepare for key retail seasonal cycles, sales and promotions - providing online sales & marketing strategies together with promotion plans
- Work together with marketing and strategy teams to understand business / operational needs and market potential

Implementation and Reporting 
- Define the action plan and execute with attention to detail in a time-efficient manner
- Actively manage and implement program and campaign launches including but not limited to: webpage design, EDM campaigns, SEO, social media marketing and other leads
- Utilize site metrics, tracking tools, and dashboards to generate intuitive business intelligence reports for performance evaluation / tracking

Experience & Requirements:

Key Qualities
- Enthusiastic and passionate about e-commerce, especially in relation to retail, fashion, and design
- Creative and out-of-the-box thinker, self-disciplined, and holds oneself to the highest standards - able to prioritize and pay attention to the details that matter. A desire to learn and grow as an individual and be part of a humble, yet ambitious team.

Qualifications & Experience 
- Degree holder in Marketing, e-Commerce, Information Technology, or equivalent disciplines / assessable work experience also considered
- 3+ years of experience with E-Commerce planning and operations
- Solid knowledge of web analytics, user-journey analysis and possessing fair business acumen
- Shopify operations experience is HIGHLY preferred; knowledge in social platform campaigns, Facebook and Instagram; search engine marketing and optimization; Google Tools, including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, etc., would be an advantage

Communication
- Fluent in Cantonese and English, strong written traditional Chinese and English
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to influence and direct a team to action

** Candidate with more experience will consider as E-Commerce Manager
