Job Description

• Understand digital strategic imperatives and ensure the digital solution aligns with the strategies
• assist in preparing product launch on online shop, price reviewing and modification
• assist in online shop operation and Adhoc project
• Support senior management to formulate the overall strategy of a B2B/B2C E-commerce business model, lead towards its execution through continuously optimizing a developing B2B E-commerce platform to support the growth of business
• Maintain the Group’s E-commerce portal and source for new solutions to improve efficiency
• Supervise and optimize operation of daily data traffic, marketing campaigns, product launching and online customer interactions 
• Work with Marketing Team on promotion planning, creative marketing strategies and the execution of high-level internet marketing strategies consistent with the brand image
• Assist in organising trade shows or other sales/marketing activities
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end guest experience across multiple channels and guest touch points
• Work with team members and other departments to support various digital initiatives/ projects
