Job Description

o   Understand digital strategic imperatives and ensure the digital solution aligns with the strategies

o   Understand customer experiences and transform the digital way to achieve the result

o   Reimagine business processes and initiative to streamline the process in a digital perspective

o   Work with team members and other departments to support various digital initiatives/ projects

o   Capture requirements from users and conduct gap analysis

o   Conduct UAT and provide training for users

o   Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end guest experience across multiple channels and guest touch points

o   Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners to solve system production issues

o   Own the entire merchant relationship by verticals, geographical areas or even entire enterprise-level merchants

o   Assist the client success team in daily tasks, such as onboarding, activation and re-engagement of merchants

o   Work cross-functionally within ekpay Later to provide feedback about customer needs, in order to drive future product development
