- Provide the after-sales support to existing merchants
- Work and support merchant acquisition team to identity business opportunities.
- Managing existing merchant to up sales the SaaS service
- Support new-join merchants to obtain great user journey
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing/Information Technology or related disciplines.
- At least 1 years’ experience of solution-based selling in application software
- In depth knowledge of cloud based POS/CRM/HRM/Accounting system
- Ability to multi-task and priorities while achieving sales target
