Background: My client is a Digital Arm of an Enterprise MNC and their digital Ecommerce platform operates across different business streams such as Loyalty, eCommerce, Insurance and Travel. They are now looking for an Industry Professional to build this team and manage the workforce.

Job Description:

• Lead and build the software engineering team
• Building of new team (Technology Center of Excellence / Business Technology)
• Manage the teams including Software Engineering, Ecommerce, DevOps, Tech, QA, Cloud Architecture and IT Security & Governance
• Develop & implement of tech strategy, roadmap and best practices
• Lead the design of evolving technology stack and the infrastructure architecture for a future-proof technology capability to achieve the strategic business plan.
• Design, implement and manage the associated governance framework/process to meeting corporate compliance and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Experienced people management in leading multi-functional tech team covering Ecommerce, Cloud and Software Engineering and Application Solution.
• Sound knowledge on Ecommerce industry and the related Digital Platform (Magento)
• Experience in managing large and mission critical systems.
• It will be an absolute advantage to have solid end-to-end working experience cycle in Ecommerce industry 

• Able to multi-task with strong prioritization and time management skills
• Able to articulate to different levels of workforce including management, stakeholders, external parties and internal BU.
• Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English
• Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant disciplines
