This job role will be account servicing for external clients' projects as well as digital marketing for in-house family ticketing platform- www.fambamhk.com, the newest and growing e-commerce platform to book all kids-and-family activities in Hong Kong and the newly expanded YouTube channel!

An enthusiastic Senior Digital Marketing Executive/ Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to join our young team.

Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing (FamBamHK by Blue Lemon)

• Plan and develop integrated marketing plan for customer-oriented content across digital channels not limited to SEO & SEM, content marketing, email marketing, social media marketing & KOL marketing
• Create relevant content to engage target audience base on different objectives: brand awareness, sales, reach etc.
• To regularly explore new channels to maximize content reach e.g. groups, pages, sites
• E-commerce marketing to drive website traffic, lead acquisition and improve conversion
• Data analytics to track and monitor KPIs to achieve targets, analytics and data reporting

Account Servicing (Blue Lemon)

• Key account representative for client project management & coordination
• Work with internal/external parties to plan/ develop/ execute ATL/ BTL advertising projects
• Oversee the creative process from concept development to design output
• To develop and execute social media & e-commerce marketing plan (Content creation)
• Data analytics to track and monitor KPIs to achieve targets, analytics and data reporting
• Work scope not limited to branding, digital marketing, website design & development, video production & events

• To brainstorm video ideas with the media team
• Could participate in videos if interested
• To assist the production team for on-the-day videoshoot

Qualifications:

• Degree or above in Business, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Information system management , PR, Journalism, E-commerce, project management or related discipline
• 2-3 years of working experience in advertising/ brand marketing/ digital
• Digital/ ecommerce experience
• Experienced in mainstream digital marketing channels and ad placement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are absolutely needed
• Have a business sense
• A quick learner who can thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented
• Efficient and effective
• Multi task and work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Fluent in speaking and writing English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS office application
