Job Description

Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Responsible for day-to-day operations for eCommerce business including website update (data entry, product and promotion updates, etc.)
- Review eCommerce sites’ performance
- Oversee all E-Commerce customer service touchpoints include but not limit to email, WhatsApp etc. to ensure service standard
- Research and analyze the market trend to identify new channel / partnership / co-branding opportunities and bring new insights to the management
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and customer relationship building to improve overall sales
- Occasionally working on weekends or holidays may be required depending on promotion campaigns
- Participate in other ad-hoc duties and projects
- Degree holder in Communications, Marketing or related disciplines
- Min. 3 years relevant E-Commerce experience in sizeable organization
- Experience of working with E-Commerce platforms (e.g., E-shop, HKTVmall, Jou Sun) and knowledge in E-Commerce tools, preferably in F&B / FMCG industry
- Exceptional understanding of consumer online behavior, trends and market analysis
- Strong sense of customer orientation with good problem-solving abilities, attention to details, pleasant, out-going personality and able to work under tight schedule
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Proficiency in photoshop or illustrator is a plus
- Immediate availability would be a definite bonus
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Assistant E-Commerce Manager
