Zeek is the brand name under Kin Shun Information Technology Limited which incorporated in 2019. Zeek aims to provide smart logistics, SaaS solutions and online / offline integrated instant delivery service for Hong Kong and Southeast Asia market, meeting their needs for food & parcel delivery and last-mile logistics.

We strive for building an excellent delivery experience by adopting big data and artificial intelligence. With existing business in Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam, we will continue to expand our business to Southeast Asia countries and regions like Taiwan, Philippines and Indonesia in near future.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily operation and resolve clients and partners’ enquiries and complaints;
• Provide operational support on new project implementation;
• Ensure operational procedures are compliance with the best business practices within the organization;
• Prepare reports by consolidating the information and data from different sources;
• Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or Degree holder in any discipline;
• Relevant working experience gained in logistics solutions or delivery service company is preferred;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
• Proactive, independent, well-organized and adaptable to a fast-paced working environment;
• Proficient in MS applications, e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin;
• Fresh graduates are welcome;
• Immediate available is preferred
