What you need to do:

• Develop and explore new business opportunities for e-commerce platform and approach target customers in order to meet and exceed sales targets;
• Drive the sales for e-Commerce stores by working closely with wholesales partners to achieve company’s growth and profitability target;
• Manage official retail portal, content management system and other e-commerce channels;
• Manage digital marketing agencies and external parties to implement both digital marketing and online sales strategies;
• Coordinate with internal team members for e-commerce operations, inventory management and logistics management;
• Formulate and implement strategic plans for improving KPI, i.e. conversion  rate, web traffic, sales revenue and etc; 
• Analyze sales data and compose sales analysis report for management review and continuous web development; 
• Monitor sales data and review customers’ feedbacks for customer experience improvement;
• Assist in email marketing, social media marketing, search engine optimization and search engine marketing;
• Follow up and resolve daily and ad hoc e-commerce operation problems to maximize ROI;
• Work closely with HK and Overseas’ teammates for managing customer accounts successfully.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Bachelor Degree or above in E-Commerce, Sales & Marketing, Communications, Information Technology or equivalent education;
• 4 - 6 years of experience in E-commerce operations, preferably in Retail Industry in absolute advantage;
• Compelling track record of business development, ideally having built relationships and negotiated complex contracts with key partners;
• Superior and persuasive written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English
• Highly collaborative and inclusive working style;
• willing to work closely with internal and external teams to take direction when needed
• Good Team player with can-do and positive attitude
• Less experience will be considered as Senior eCommerce Executive
