Job Description
- European based healthcare business
- Support cross border e-Commerce Operation
- Enhance the operational efficiency
Job Duties:
- Work under the Operation Hub to make sure the cross border e-Commerce business run smoothly
- Collect sales & business data from different sources and conduct periodic analysis
- Review the SOPs and propose improvement plan to enhance the operational efficiency
- Work closely with internal & external stakeholders to facilitate the work flow
- Participate in ad hoc project as per request
- Degree holder majored in Business Administration or any related disciplines
- With at least 6 years of working experiences in sales operations function gained from FMCG/ healthcare industry
- Candidate with solid e-Commerce experiences is definitely an advantage
- Result-driven, analytical & flexible candidate with strong stakeholders management skills
- Fluent command of Written & Spoken Chinese & English
