Job Description
Responsibilities
• Manage daily operations of all channels order, responsible for delivery performance, handle orders, arrange logistics process, and customer support
• Work with a team of 2-3 in hybrid mode to complete the operational KPI
• Handle reports and data

Requirements
• Min 2-3 years working experience is required. Preferably related to online business.
• Excellent communication and coordinating skills.
• Good command of Chinese and English
• Good PC skills, excellent in excel is a must
• Highly detail-minded and High level of integrity
• Experiences in any CRM/ ERP system is advantageous
