Job Description

• Assist in general support and handle system implementation;
• Provide technical support for computer systems and applications;
• Performing regular system monitoring, data backup server administration;
• Company web site basic maintain, ERP system maintain;
• Provide administrative support including asset inventory, contract and software licenses;
• Carry out other duties including ad-hoc projects and assigned tasks;
• Arrange and process the purchase of the equipment, services and record of the expenses.

Job Requirements

• High Diploma or above in Computer Science / Information System or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of IT working experience, preferably in trading/manufacturing office. 
• Experience with Linux setup is preferred.
• Experience with the Firewall and VPN setup.
• Well-versed in Windows platform, Microsoft Office, on configuration and end user support.
• Experience in supporting ERP system is preferred.
• Experience in Microsoft SQL programming and reporting is an advantage.
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
