Responsibilities:

1)      Oversee HK & foreign marketplace operations including but not limited to purchase order, products, research, listing, contents, SEO, advertising, promotion campaigns, customer messages/inquiries, demand planning and strategic marketing planning, etc.

2)      Define and implement strategies in designing, planning and executing different operational, sales, marketing activities to support and drive revenue growth on our HK & foreign marketplace accounts

3)      Extract and analyze data sets on products, advertising & store performance metrics to optimize conversion and revenue

4)      Work closely with different function units including design, merchandising, shipping and related team to ensure smooth day to day business operations and provide constructive ideas/insights

5)      Manage P&L, to achieve sales and profit target

6)      Report on Sales performance against goals (ROI & KPIs)

7)      Perform and handle other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

1)      Degree holder in Business, Marketing or related discipline

2)      At least 3 years of experience in an E-commerce operation

3)      Preferably 2 years of relevant experience in managing E-commerce marketplaces around globe

4)      Preferably 2 years of experience in managing for advertising campaigns

5)      Familiar with operating procedures and regulation of HK and foreign marketplaces

6)      Strong sense in E-commerce for consumer electronic products across HK & foreign is a preferable.

7)      Deep understanding of marketing funnels and customer journeys

8)      Passion for understanding customer behavior and conversion rate optimization

9)      Ability to execute a project independently with little to no direction

10)  Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially BI, Excel, PowerPoint)

11)  Creative and self-motivated

12)  Proactive, detail-oriented, multi-task, can-do attitude and take up new challenges

13)  Good business sense, logical mind-set with good communication and project management skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines

14)  Proficient in written or spoken English
