- Identify, evaluate and manage business opportunities/leads in securing sales pipeline in line with short- and long-term financial goals
- Manage research/feasibility studies/market scan, evaluate findings and prepares information for decision-making
- Participate into the negotiation process. Prepare contracts, providing inputs on proper pricing and contract terms. Identify up-selling opportunities and manage contract re-negotiations with existing clients
- Support the improvement of current Business Development processes and cross-functional collaboration to drive effectiveness and minimize redundancy
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders in identifying cross-selling and/or up-selling opportunities, deal negotiations and finalization of contracts
- Establish long-term relationships with potential clients/customers with the view to enhance business opportunities
- Degree in Business Studies / Marketing preferred
- 1- 2 years' experience in FMCG industry, especially in sales, trade marketing or business development related work
- Solid understanding in FMCG and can drive data into insight. Market research consultancy/agency background will be an asset
- Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and impact-driven environment
- Can do attitude, self-starter with a strong drive to produce results
- Provide significant industry expertise and client business acumen with strong business analysis skills
- Deal maker with target driven, results-oriented
- Fluency in Cantonese and English (both written and spoken)
