Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordination with customers, quotation preparation and after sales services to maintain high service standards.
• Assist in developing and proposing solutions to meet client’s requirement.
• Plan business meetings, record meeting minutes and inform related parties and resources for close follow-up.
• Maintain an up-to-date customer database and filing system.
• Provide administrative support, prepare business reviews and compile management reports.
• Assist in collecting, analyzing and evaluating market information.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and assignments

 Requirements:

• A bachelor degree in Business Administration / Sales & Marketing or relevant disciplines
• A good team player with solid interpersonal skills to deal with internal and external partners
• Strong computer literacy
• Good analytical, conceptual thinking and problem solving skills
• Good command of English and Mandarin, both spoken and written
