The Role

• Provide administrative support to E-commerce Commercial
• Coordinate with external and internal parties to prepare product information and promotion materials
• Arrange products allocation and return arrangement in order to achieve sales
• Support and conduct data analysis and system data maintenance
• Monitor competitor’s campaigns and prepare competitive analysis
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks

The Person

• Degree holder with 2 years working experience, preferable in FMCG, E-commerce or retail industry
• Good analytical skills and sensitive to figures for preparing data and reports
• Good communication skills in both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with good use of Excel (V-lookup & Pivot) and Chinese Word Processing
• Good interpersonal skill, proactive and self-motivated
• Fresh graduates with strong business acumen will be considered
