Our Client, a Chinese multinational e-commerce, retail, Internet, AI and technology conglomerate, is seeking a Business Development Manager to support the operation.

 Responsibilities:

• Responsible for management and development of a portfolio of Key Accounts
• Contribute to Business Development: market share increase with a deeper client relationship, the optimization of partnership and the launch of new business model with the Merchants, and efficient marketing campaigns
• Participle in commercial negotiations including Annual Marketing Agreements and tactical joint promotions
• Actively engage in cross-functional project management with various teams including BD, Legal, Operation, Marketing, and Product in order to define actionable and customized solutions to meet Merchant’s needs
• Assist in reporting, analysis and enhancement of value proposition
• Keep monitoring of marketing campaigns, seasonality, competition, and the portfolio's performance against targets
• Conduct regular business reviews with Merchants
• Formulate, plan and execute the development of new business model

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, or related disciplines
• At least 3+ years work experience, with a successful B2B sales/key account management experience is preferable
• Genuine interest for Internet, digital-marketing and payments
• Proven relationship management and negotiation skills with flexibility
• Experience in leading cross-functional projects with various internal stakeholders, and with demanding external stakeholders (including Client's Top General, Commercial, Marketing and Finance Management) is a plus
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
