Responsibilities:

• Manage the operation of the programmatic advertising management system(s)
• Execute ad inventory priorities, schedule display ads and execute operational plans
• Maintain relationship with ad operation agencies meanwhile assessing advertisers’ conversion possibility
• Monitor and analyze the ad operation data, using data-driven tactics and market insights as to the basis for optimizing display ad formats to drive the development of advertising business
• Review programmatic prices of display ads

Requirements:

• Degree holder, experience in digital advertising operations are preferred
• Familiar with digital ad management tools especially Google Ad Manager (DoubleClick/DFP) are a plus
• Experience in programmatic ad networks is a plus
• Excellent communication, cross-departmental coordination and customer service awareness
• Exceptional attention to details
• Professional execution and influence, self-driven, strong resilience, goal-oriented
