Responsibilities:

-  Plan and implement online sales strategy, promotion and marketing programs
-  Handling day-to-day management for live sales and orders
-  Arrange for order dispatch with logistic team and inventory management
-  Facilitate and drive eCommerce system integration
-  Handle and follow up customer inquiries/complaints/returns
-  Plan and execute social media compaigns on daily basis (Facebook, WeChat, Instagram,  Weibo etc.)
-  Establish and implement sales and marketing activities, i.e. open day, events and exhibitions.

Requirements:

• DSE or above
• 1-2 years sales experience
• Good business sense
• Experience in jewelry industry will be an advantage 
• Highly motivated, aggressive and sales driven 
• Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
