Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and train all operation staffs in all stores levels.
- Prepare all store rosters and ensure that it is effectively implemented.
- Manage the whole Group Operation Team and ensure company rules and policies are implemented.
- Maintain and supervise operation brand rules and operation standard procedures.
- Check and maintain all Group stores equipment’s by ensuring they are all functioning and properly use and maintain in accordance with the brand equipment policies and procedures.
- Achieve sales targets for all stores and minimize all operational costs.
- Establish and maintain good customer relation.
- Report to Managing Director to oversee the Group Operation;
Job Requirements:
- Fluent on English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- At least 5 Years working experience in Catering industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Energetic, presentable, hard-working, positive and aggressive
- Self-initiative, can work independently as well as a good team player
- Result oriented, strong in problem solving and self-motivated
- Good PC skills and knowledgeable in MS Office.
- Good interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- Immediately available is highly preferred
