Job Responsibilities

•        Responsible for development of business strategies and eCommerce platform;
•        Prepare and develop sales strategy, sales proposal, customer business plan, social media channels and recommend tactics etc. to customers;
•        Conduct data analysis and market intelligence including pricing, brand visibility, trade activities, etc. to identify potential opportunities for business growth and product development;
•        Develop membership/ distributorship loyalty program;
•        Assist in product development and sourcing fornew business initiatives and launch;
•        Occasional travel to attend tradeshow and exhibition for brand building and promotion;
•        Carry out ad hoc assignments as required by management;

Qualification Requirements

• Degree holder in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce or relevant disciplines;
• 4 years or above work experience in business development, sales & marketing, eCommerce, MLM or direct selling is highly preferred;
• Familiar with health supplement, skincare or cosmeceutical is an advantage;
• Familiar with various social media channels and E-Commerce platforms;
• Strong research, analytical skills and excellent business sense;
• Strong leadership with excellent analytical and problem solving skills in fast-paced environment;
• Self-motivated, responsible, good team-player, able to work independently and under pressure;
• Good command in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
• Responsible, meticulous and able to coordinate among different parties;
• Excellent PC skills esp MS Office/Excel & Chinese word processing;
• More experiences and qualifications would be considered as Business Development Manager;
