You will be part of this new operations team tasked with bringing fast, reliable, on-demand delivery services to all types of partners and customers. We look forward to you helping us grow this new vertical for our business.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the team in overall growth strategy and execution of initiatives to drive revenue, profitability and growth for the pandago vertical;
• Oversee the team’s operations and ensure efficiency, quality, services and cost-effective management of resources;
• Build and maintain strong network and relationship with local, regional and external stakeholders;
• Manage P&L of the vertical, and play a significant role in long-term planning, including setting Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the team;
• Develop and direct the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure that the company complies with all health and safety and other statutory regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’ Degree in a related subject. Masters’ Degree / MBA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in E-commerce / start up environment
• Proven commercial and management experience. Experience in food & delivery, start-up, high tech, retail or ecommerce industry is a huge plus
• Proven business process improvement experience
• Perseverance and stamina
• Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
• People oriented, self-motivated and with the ability to motivate others
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Start-up mindset – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required.
