Position: IT Technician
Place of work: Korean International School, Hong Kong (“KIS”)
Working hours: 5-day week, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday

Job Responsibilities: 
To assist with the following:

• Data Entry for School Management System
• Provide on-site support for students & staff of school
• Provide support for handling AV devices during school events and assemblies 
• Assist with Email, network, hardware & software installation, security and troubleshooting 
• School Asset/ resource tracking, & reporting
• Support classroom technology initiatives 
• Organizing and supporting of technology related activities like IT Training or IT day
• Undertake any other relevant tasks as assigned by the HOD

Requirements: 

• Higher Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent 
• 1 years IT support related working experience
• School support experience preferred
• Experienced working with Microsoft / Google suits
• Knowledge and working experience on the Windows platform
• Knowledge and working experience on Apple platform added advantage
• Microsoft Windows Server or Network qualifications preferable 
• Self-motivated, organised and responsible. Able to work both independently and in a team 
• Good English & Chinese communication skills

Korean International School (KIS) is an international school in Hong Kong that offers a through-train British curriculum, English medium education from Reception to 6th Form for English Speaking Community in Hong Kong.
