Job Description

Main Accountabilities:

Responsible for implementation and development of Finance System
Handle and ensure the smooth delivery of system implementation across business units
Work with different business units for all Finance System related issues
Participate in project development and system enhancement
Define and share best practices of the use of the system
Handles miscellaneous ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

Tertiary education in Accounting or Finance
At least 5 years experience in accounting / auditing / systems.

Abilities

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Solid understanding of Accounting principles

Knowledge

Experience in system changeover and post-implementation support are definitely assets
Good team player
Good communication skills and presentation skills
Shows initiative
Ability to work independently

About the Team

ESF Kennedy School occupies a pleasant location on the west of Hong Kong Island. It benefits from the use of the swimming and sporting facilities of The University of Hong Kong’s Stanley Ho Sports Centre, which is adjacent to the school. Music, Performing Arts and Physical Education are strengths of the school. A strong interest in environmental and ecological issues is also a theme of the learning.
