Job Description

Operations Executive (Centre Operation) assist in the delivery of service and educational experience for the Students in the Centre.  He/she will assist the Service Manager (SM) in managing the Service team comprised of Personal Tutors and Service Officers; ensuring that they all provide a consistent premium experience to Students. This role is also required to teach some low levels classes.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the Service team and ensure they deliver a premium educational experience to Students;
  • Assist to manage day-to-day service and daily operations smoothly;
  • Assist to oversee in tracking, analysing and report Center Service performance and providing solutions for improvement areas;
  • Assist to maintain a monthly Social Club Calendar and daily classes schedule;
  • Ensuring that Standard Operating Procedure is followed at all times to ensure consistency in terms of global brand;
  • Promote the Wall Street English method encouraging staff and Students to trust it and use it effectively;
  • Assist in implementation of new systems when required;
  • Assist in recruiting, training and developing Service staff;
  • Provide timely and accurate reports to SM;
  • Maintain the Center’s image, an English Speaking Environment;
  • Facilitate First and Second lessons and Social Club Activities if required;
  • Associate with the business team to drive internal sales through successful students;
  • Assist in other functions of the Company if required by the direct supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Excellent level of English;
  • Native or near-native Cantonese is a MUST;
  • University Degree holder, preferably in English Studies;
  • Experience living in an English-speaking country is an advantage;
  • At least two years of tutoring and customer service Experience;
  • Good Interpersonal skills;
  • Friendly, outgoing and enthusiastic;
  • A high level of flexibility and adaptability, be a good team player;
  • Candidates with less experience would be considered for “Service Officer” or “Personal Tutor” position.
